BCFWI – Arts, Sport and Leisure Sub-Committee Newmarket Races Ladies Day Thursday 11th July 2024 Enjoy a day at the races with family & friends. The dress code is what you want it to be, you can dust down that fancy hat or come in casual clothes – whichever you are most comfortable with. This is an outside venue; we can’t promise good weather so please keep an eye on the forecast. Ticket price includes coach fare and entrance to the Grandstand and Paddock Enclosure. There will be plenty of food and drink outlets to choose from. Please note no food or drinks can be taken into this area but picnics can be consumed in the car park. The racecourse works on a cashless basis, however, cash may be used when placing bets with on-course bookmakers. Cost: £58 per person. Coach pick up points : Sandy Market Square 11:00am Aspects leisure park, Bedford 10:30am Flitwick opposite village hall (no parking) 10:00am Closing date for applications: Thursday 18th April 2024. Booking is available via your WI Secretary or online. Online bookings will generate an invoice for your WI Treasurer - please inform them you have made the booking as tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are awarded on a first come first served basis. Due to popularity, there is no guarantee that all applications returned by the deadline will be successful. Tickets are Non Refundable.
