Stalls: Christmas Gift & Craft Fair 2023

Service Description

Would you like a stall at our popular fair? There will be a variety of stalls selling handmade gifts, cards, crafts and locally produced products. Homemade cakes will be on sale as well as other refreshments in the WI café. To ensure we have a balance of different stalls we are asking stall holders to EXPRESS THEIR INTEREST BY FRIDAY 16TH JUNE 2023. We will confirm your place by the end of June 2023, at which point we will require payment for your stall. The cost for each stall is £17.00. The doors will open to WI Members and the general public at 10.30am. You will be able to set up from 9am. The event will be advertised with our WIs across the Bedfordshire, in venues local to Flitwick and on social media pages. We can also supply you with some posters should you wish to display them in your studios, place of work and local businesses.
